We are so overwhelmed with the support everyone has shown & how quick the petition is increasing. We need to gather more signatures so that we can show how important this petition is. Sadly too many children die through the hands of their so called parents, Tony isn't just a statistic, he is a survivor, but many are not. This week we are thinking of baby Bailey Smyth-Osbourne who heartbreakingly did not survive at the hands of his parents & they are on trial now at Maidstone Crown Court for causing & allowing harm with similar injuries to Tony's. This should never be allowed to happen but it does and now we need to take action, the sentences need to be longer as if they are found guilty they will only get a maximum of 14 years of which they will serve only 7 in prison & 7 on Licence.
