Both of the Bodgers Tower 4557/18 and the Recorder House Development Plans 4570/18 have now been updated on the Redbridge Council planning applications website as being Granted-Approved with Conditions 6 months after the decision was actually made by the Greater London Authority on the 16th March 2020.

Due to the fact that there has been such a great time lapse we should now start to take legal action this to stop these tower block schemes from taking place for various public health, safety, environmental planning as well as social reasons.

These respective applications for both of the Bodgers Tower and Recorder House plans however have not yet been updated on the Greater London Authority planning website when they legally should have been updated on their system by now and something ought to be done about this.

We have 28 days from this date to also appeal to the Secretary of State about these decisions.
