Nature Reserve’s members are alarmed by revised incinerator plans

The local Nature Reserve’s members are alarmed by revised plans cutting wildlife habitat provision at the new incinerator site. A new Design and Access statement for the Data Centre buildings, which are next to the Nature Reserve will reduce bird nesting sites . This change to  the original design does not bode well for the rest of the project. Please stop the threat to wild life a second incinerator would bring.
The group explain the "green wall which was shown to be cascading down the entire western facades in the outline documents," is  reduced to tiny fragments on just the lower level containing Ivy, Hops and climbing Hydrangea.“All our efforts to secure living roofs into the scheme in an attempt to safeguard the breeding Skylark and Plovers that will be lost to the development, have resulted in nothing more than proposed sedum roofs on the guard house and cycle storage.” “Completely inappropriate in my view, and certainly no good for the rare Shrill Carder Bee that is present at Crossness. Buildings such as this presented ideal opportunities for two large living roofs, one supporting a green tussocky roof for Skylark to potentially continue breeding, and a brown roof (aggregate and scarce vegetation taken from the ground below) to support the displaced Ringed and/or Little Ringed Plover, but instead, they’ve proposed that all the plant (generators, chillers etc) goes on the roof and instead offered tiny sedum roofs that won’t support any of the species being displaced by this development.”
