As Citizens of the City of Amarillo and Counties of Randall and Potter, Texas, we submit this Signature Petition on behalf of Sebastian Roys, a Texas Prison Inmate seeking a thorough and independent Federal Investigation into facts of judicial corruption, bribery, abuse of power, grand jury racketeering, tampering and falsification of evidence, theft, and other well designed and underground corrupted organized crimes that has resulted into wrongful conviction of Sebastian Roys and other men and women for support of these facts and allegations, we will show the followings:

     According to Mr. Sebastian Roys accounts of the events, prior to being arrested and subsequently charged with the offense of murder in Randall County, Texas, he was the target of countless Drug Sting Operations by the Potter County, Texas Law Enforcements. 

     Even though Mr. Roys has never been charged with nor convicted of any drug offenses, Law Enforcements intentionally and knowingly, illegally confiscated hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of personal property from him starting with everything of value, Jewry, watches, rings, coin collections, gun collection, baseball card collection, computer equipments, cars, money and more.

     Subsequently, Mr. Roys was arrested in Randall County and charged by indictment with the offense of murder. Even though the facts were made clear that Mr. Roys did not cause the death of the victim, as someone else had admitted to doing so, the trials court judge Ana Estevez, she intentionally and knowingly allowed the prosecutor of Randall County to present fabricated and falsified evidence, aggravated perjury of Law Enforcement and witnesses, and circumstantial evidence to help the State of Texas secure a verdict of guilty against Mr. Roys for a murder which he did not commit.

     The base's of the Judges actions were not discovered until when she signed a Court Order to allow Law Enforcement to go to his (Roys) personal bank account to gain access thereof to withdraw all of his money under false pretences that the proceeds were drug related as a result of a conviction.

      In recent months Mr. Roys and his family has filed countless inquiries with Randall/Potter Count for access to Evidence Property Receipt /Release documents of all confiscated property and test result of evidence from the Lubbock DPS. But the Respondents have exercised their rights, pursuant to the Texas Information and Open Records Act, not to release the requested information.

     Mr.Roys then submitted a Motion for the Assignment of an Attorney to the convicting court Judge to request for Public Records and Information, but the motion was denied.

     Mr.Roys then submitted these fact to the Office of the Texas Attorney General requesting for it to seek an inquiry into the failure of the Respondents herein to release the requested information. But the Office of the Texas Attorney General has yet failed to respond.

     Because the facts presented herein are demonstrating that corruption is playing out in your city and in your counties without any investigation, we are calling on city, county, state, and Federal Officials to launch an immediate investigation into these facts which is undermining the confidence and integrity of our criminal justice system. 

     This investigation should be recommended to the Texas State Attorney General as well as the United States Attorney General as they are in as better position to conducted an independent and thorough investigation where they have the resources to seek justice and to demand accountability

 We believe that the United States Attorney General and Texas Attorney General will take swift and decisive action to uncover the truth into whether State and Federal laws has occurred to warrant further investigation into these facts.

     We ask that City, County, State, and Federal Authorities see fit to recommend the assignment of a Special F.B.I.Agent or other Law Enforcement Agents to conduct this investigation so that a copy of all documentary facts in support thereof can be provided. And, in furtherance, that such Agents Assigned communicate directly with the Lead Organizer of this Support Group so that justice will be served.
