I want to stop this bill before it is too late. It is a misguided bill that has an animal rights agenda and will have no proper solution for the whales and dolphins in zoological institutions. It directly targets SeaWorld San Diego and it could lead to a slippery slope in which soon all Zoos could be targeted and this could have dire ramifications for animal conservation and it could lead to bigger problems than solve any. This bill should not even be considered to be a concept, the animal rights movement is a dangerous one that despite their cause, they really don't have the best interests for animals are just trying to fulfill their self-righteous attitudes. 

I kinda ask you to please sign this petition as it is misguided and does not need to be made. Zoological institutions like SeaWorld do fantastic jobs at caring for their animals and the animals are already benefitting from living under human care. Please do not pass this bill, if so, then the zoological and conservation community could suffer greatly from this.
