Alicia Navarro, we believe, was kidnapped by a professional predator with ties to human trafficking criminal organizations. We also believe she is being held against her will in order for her captors to evade law enforcement. she is autistic and takes medication.

Alicia was 14 years young when she was kidnapped. A note claimed she ran away, and the immediate evidence suggest that to be true, but her online activity suggests something more sinister. We believe that a professional child predator lured Alicia and hid his/her identity through various anonymous chat programs available online. We also believe that this criminal urged Alicia to help him/her to cover his/her tracks.

There is no doubt in the minds of many experienced former law enforcement agents that Alicia was kidnapped for the purpose of sexual exploitation and slavery.

We are urging FBI Director Christopher Wray and Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Phoenix office Sean L. Kaul to request the case files from the Glendale Police Department and to take the lead on the investigation.

Alicia needs us to put out best foot forward.
