Hello everyone, 

Thank you for your support on the issue of responsible development in Scottsville. Tonight, Nov. 1, at 7pm there will be a Planning Commission vote on this issue. If you are available, we encourage you to come to the meeting to hear more about what is planned for the town. 

This vote could be to recommend passing the Special Use Permits to the Town Council, Denying to recommend them to Town Council or to simply table the discussion an additional month. The Planning commission MUST vote no later than December. 

We will present our information, including the hard copy and online petitions, to the Planning Commission this evening. With the thought that discussions and votes may occur next week, at the end of November, and/in December, we have decided to keep the petitions open for signatures. We will keep this petition active and the hard copy petition will once again be placed for signatures should people be interested. We will make sure to update everyone on where to find the hard copy petitions if you want to share the information with friends and family members. As always, feel free to share this link as well.
