Channel 4 dispatches and BBC watch dog need to investigate the appalling service Scottish power are serving again to business and residential accounts after only being fined £18million back in 2016 for not complying its seems that the staff that are running these call centres are still at it, they are misleading customers into false pretences, denying them the right to legal information they are obligated to know, ie denying them the right to transfer calls to managers, leading customers to believe they are speaking to people on senior higher levels of management than they are, not giving staff Id numbers not arranging callbacks basically anything they can to get the customer off the phone, Scottish power are not handling complaints in the correct time frames average uk energy complaint handled within 8weeks with Scottish power up to 52 weeks, appalling Also the goverment should shut their operation as soon as possible as the managing directors have clearly shown how incompetent they all are
