Parents and members of the public are growing increasingly concerned as a result of a series of delays and setbacks to the construction of the new Wick Campus project.

Many people within the local community have lost faith and are concerned that the construction of the new school is not being handled properly. Repeated concerns have been raised regarding the safety and suitability of the new building.

The opening date for the new school has been repeatedly delayed and the project is now expected to be over budget.

We are calling for an independent review into the safety and construction of the £48 million project in order to reassure parents, pupils and the public that the construction of the new school is being handled properly, is being finished to a suitably high standard and is safe for pupils and staff to occupy.
