State Statute 66.0404 was passed in 2013 as part of act 20 and by doing so has striped the power cities and municipalities have in where cell towers can be built. My story starts by me buying my first house and then to fined out that not even a year later they want to build a cell tower starting 13ft from my north wall. This needs to stop everywhere. I hope that law makers will start caring what the people think instead of corporations and put our health, safety and property values first. If any politicians are listing to our voice they will repeal this or hold an emergency session to fix this problem the residents of Wisconsin are facing!
