The two warehouses (NCC Logistics Park R23-220) on Jamison Corner RD across from the proposed Bayberry Warehouses has been put back on the New Castle County agenda for December 12th, 2023 at the 6:30 p.m. meeting. These projects were delayed to ask for clarity on meeting code requirements. Please log in to hear what the Land Use Department response is.
