In a blow to developers of the proposed Major Land Development Plan to construct a 1,409,850 square foot warehouse building and 962,000 square foot warehouse building "Logistic Center at New Castle County". BP Zoning. (App. 2021-0470-S) was TABLED by the County Council last night, as Council has asked for some technical clarification on county code requirements being met. This project across the street from the proposed warehouse directly behind Bayberry will have ramification on code requirements for both projects! Now is the time to keep the pressure up and contact Land Use today to let them know BOTH plans should be defeated for not meeting code requirements.
