Our Australian Prime Minister seems to think he is a celebrity. He seems to believe the only reason Australians were calling for him to return from Hawaii was to shake hands and tell people they are doing a good job. When what we really need is a leader who gathers his resources and his government in a time of national crisis and creates policies and solutions to help the everyday Australians who need it the most. 

He had advice of the future of the fires and what was about to unfold in Australia before he snuck out of the country for his so called "well deserved" holiday, yet he still made the decision to leave. I’m sure our fire fighters and everyone affected by fire would have also liked a break in Hawaii as well, but they haven’t had that luxury.

We need a leader who stays in a time of crisis. Who listens to the advice of experts and stays to support them. Who is flexible enough to create a dialogue of policy change when crisis happens to support the people he/she governs.

I am at a loss for words at how horrified and appalled I am of Scott Morrison's actions at this time. I know I'm not the only one!

The only thing I can think to do is to start a petition to try and get him sacked. Australia needs real leadership, Scott Morrison’s feeble apologies for sneaking out of the country with expectations of work life balance, when the country he governs is in CRISIS is beyond comprehension. People have lost loved ones and homes, people are still battling these fires. His presence now is an insult to everyone in the fire lines.

This petition is set up to show the number of people who have NO CONFIDENCE in Scott Morrison as Prime Minister.

Scott Morrison needs to go!
