The fantastic Emily McPherson, at 9News has written another article about skilled visa holders stranded overseas and has mentioned our petition. Shaun and Aoife (in our support group) have discussed their devastating situation, which you can read in the article below.

This article highlights just a couple of the thousands of COMPASSIONATE AND COMPELLING cases that are being ignored by the ABF every single day. 

I could go on so I'll leave you all with this for now... Australia, we are your skilled workers. We want to return to our lives that we have created. We want to help rebuild the Australian economy. We understand that unemployment across Australia is high but we are not 'taking Australians jobs' - we have specific, niche skills that we have worked and studied hard for over the years and have benefitted Australia for a long time. These are our jobs, they do not need to be re-recruited, our employers want our safe return just as much as we do. We do not want any 'hand outs' from the government in regards benefits etc. We ask for one simple request... LET US COME HOME.
