As a resident of Birkenhead, I see the old Central Hotel building every day. It stands as an eyesore in our town which we are trying to regenerate, casting a shadow over the rest of Wirral. The dilapidated structure not only detracts from our local aesthetics but also hinders potential regeneration efforts.

The Old Central Hotel has been vacant for years now and its condition is deteriorating rapidly. This poses potential safety hazards to residents and visitors alike. 

Demolishing this building would pave the way for new developments that could revitalize our community, create jobs, and boost local economy. Other towns across UK have seen significant improvements through similar initiatives.
