Help our students change Woodford County High School dress code

The Issue

Students at Woodford County High School need our help to change the outdated dress code. The areas of the dress code the students would like to amend are: only rounded crewneck shirts, button down shirts ( polo or dress shirt style) which may only have the top button open and turtle neck or mock turtle neck shirts can be worn. All scoop neck, V neck and tank shirts are prohibited unless worn with crewneck shirt. All shirts must meet the following criteria must not extend bellow collar bone, must have a measurable underarm seam, no midriff. Shorts/ skirts/ skorts must be knee length or longer. The student would like a dress code enforced that allows for scoop neck and V neck shirts as long as no cleavage is exposed and allow for shorts/skirts/skorts at least 2 inches above the knee.Other local school already have this dress code, including the middle school in the same district, it's time to change the High School dress code!
