I’ve now learnt that Leeds City Council would use an entirely cashless system, which would be totally inappropriate and inaccessible for many of our residents.  It would put them off visiting and increase social isolation as well as dramatically reducing customers to the town centre.

I also understand that when Leeds City Council launches its “consultation”, it will be online only - again making it inaccessible to many.

Thank you to all that have signed the petition so far.  Please keep sharing and encouraging others to sign.  There is a story behind every signature and we must make sure every voice is heard.
