We the undersigned call upon the university to reconsider its planning application for a huge unsightly 30 metre tall massive building on the banks of the Hogsmill.

As members of a committed community action group, we are deeply concerned about this significant overdevelopment of the site which would be wholly out of keeping with the character of its surroundings.

The proposal must be lowered and reconsidered so as to not adversely affect the skyline for local residents, cast our community garden and green into shadow or harm the Hogsmill chalk stream itself and the wildlife it supports.  

We demand that our local government puts a stop to this application in order to preserves our community's character and environment.
