The Berechurch countryside is under threat. A reckless new planning proposal is trying to push through a massive estate of 800 houses right on top of our local farmland.

Why we are saying NO to this development:

1. Devastating Impact on Wildlife and Animals
This farmland is a thriving ecosystem. Building 800 homes will completely wipe out the natural habitats of our local wildlife, including protected species.

2. Overwhelming Our Small, Quiet Access Roads

Adding 800 homes means thousands of extra car trips every single day on our narrow, quiet access roads. This will cause gridlock, create serious safety hazards for pedestrians and a massive spike in traffic noise.

3. Total Lack of Infrastructure

Our local services are already stretched to breaking point. Berechurch simply does not have the capacity for thousands of new residents. This development will overwhelm our local GPs, overcrowd our schools, and put a massive strain on our drainage and utility networks.

What we demand from planners and the council:
• Reject the planning application for these 800 homes outright.
• Protect Berechurch's green spaces and preserve our agricultural land.
