TEMORA RATEPAYERS HAVE SPOKEN — LOUD AND CLEAR! 📣
Temora ratepayers shone brightly today, with local residents and ratepayers gathering at Paleface Park for a catch-up and discussion on all things Special Rate Variation (SRV).
Close to 300 submissions were collected today.
That is an incredible response from our community — and it should send a very clear message to Temora Shire Council.
Our community is engaged.
Our community is concerned.
And our community wants answers.
With proposed rate increases ranging from 79.4% to 124.25% over three years, ratepayers deserve transparent, accountable and clearly explained financial figures before decisions of this magnitude are made.
We need transparency.
We need accountability.
We need it NOW.
This isn’t about politics. It’s about the future of our community, our families, our farmers, our businesses and everyone who calls Temora Shire home.
