Like many others my financial outlook is the worst I've known since I started working. I've seen no real growth to my salary in years, thanks to increased costs in all areas, and due to large organisations offering no meaningful contributions to compensate for rising costs.

As of February 2025, we are being threatened again with increased charges for basic essentials. Of course this will hit all utilities as per every year, but none can be felt more than the threats of water bills increasing. The politically charged motives for raising citizens bills is unjust and unfair. 

I'm here writing this to seek solidarity with others against unfair charges and increased costs to water bills by taking a stand and saying out loud, "I CAN'T AND WON'T PAY".

Please sign and share, firstly to generate national interest in this campaign and to tell water companies, such as Thames Water, they've already MAXED US OUT. 

Monthly water bills are already a stretch, jobs are precarious, and without substantial changes to salaries in the UK then what, are 80 to 90% of us going to be without water because we can't and won't pay?

I am challenging the UK to say no and for water companies to take note. 

We, the undersigned, will not compensate decisions we had no part to play in. We will not compensate your stakeholders. We will not bail you out. We will not pay your increased charges. 

The government also need to step in. I don't recognise the country for it's greed, and it hurts me to see no future here.
