The information session is open to everyone and anyone to attend. The information session is an opportunity for staff to answer questions regarding their respective facilities and people can complete a survey in-person.
The City administration team will be collecting completed surveys and comments and adding this information to the data they collected from the online surveys. At a later date, City administration will present the data (information) collected to City council.
Since the session is open with no set agenda, the committee members plan to be there for 5pm. We encourage all league members to show up and ask any questions they may have.
The overall goal for our committee as a whole is to save Roseland first and foremost. If this does not prove feasible then the goal will be to ensure we see curling continue in a fit-for-curling facility that meets the needs of our community.
We've also confirmed that City Councillors Gary Kashak (Ward 8/Roseland Board Chair), Angelo Marginani (Ward 7), and Kieran McKenzie (Ward 9) will be in attendance to answer any and all questions we have.
