We had a good “hearing” with the Council CEO today. He seemed to genuinely want to hear from the community. I raised our concern about the process that has been followed, as well as our major concerns about the scheme itself.
The CEO made undertakings to work with his team to develop a fairer system. However, nothing is formally mapped out yet ; we don't know what the final Framework will look like. He did confirm the new Framework will apply to all new residential parking schemes across NB.
So for the moment, the Framework has not been revoked. Hence until we see a fairer Framework, this petition must continue. Please do share if you can???
