Thank you so much for signing to reject the crazy parking changes. I know there are so many things competing for your attention so it is really appreciated. Here's a quick update:

The petition is gaining momentum and we are getting the attention of Council. Our Manly Ward Councillors will meet with us and other community groups in the coming weeks to hear our ideas and help explore a better solution. So that is a terrific step forward and we thank Cr Bingham, Cr. Grattan and Cr Daley for that comitment.

But still so many residents don't know about the planned changes. And right now, this Framework remains the one that is on offer. And remember this Framework, if approved, would apply to all new residential parking schemes across NB - not just the current Manly Schemes. 

We will keep this petition going until we get a clear victory or the matter is going for final vote. So let's show the Mayor and all the Councillors that residents' voices matter and we won't accept bureaucratic and discriminatory policy. Just one share would be a great help. We are counting on you!

 Do your online submission here on the Council website, and say you reject the current draft Framework. (Because that site closes tomorrow and Council really looks at how many individual submissions there are on there. Just fill in the form, it's quick and easy)
