The Ross Trust donated a 100-acre paddock to the community for recreation over 40 years ago. This land has been locked up by Parks Vic who leased it to a local farmer. The community have a PRE-FUNDED opportunity to create a biodiverse nature-based recreational asset that will be FREE to use for all people. Using a sponsored tree model along with a 'Community Foundation' structure the project is ready to go. Agencies have been eyeing up the site for its selling-off value and many foreign investment groups have already been seen on the site. 

The community is screaming for the opportunity to develop the site with the PRE-FUNDED model to create a lasting asset that will benefit the environment, people and wellbeing of Dromana.

We either step up now or this land will likely be forever lost to developers.
