Duncan said he has heard from St Modwen in 4 months which even he said is unusual, The last update he had from St Modwen is everything is being delayed due to ownership issues on site. Thats all I know but i begs the question who owns the works and what the hell is st modwen actually doing? For a company that has done everything in their power to push this application through to writing lies about the site and some how getting it through the high court, Now st modwen seem to have gone quiet and not speaking to anyone.  Even Gemini seem to be keeping quiet it's a nightmare.
