Brown, Andy Today, 18:02You; Dear all I just wanted to bring you all up to date on the JR situation. I’m pleased to report that we have been given leave to proceed with our JR action against MK Council. That means that we will be able to make our case to a High Court judge that the Council’s decision was irrational, given the purpose of the Conservation Area designation in 2001 and affirmation in 2009. We don’t yet have a date for the hearing, and the Council may choose not to oppose the action in which case it may never get to court. I’ll keep you posted, of course. Best wishes Andy
