Over the past week demolition has started of the works wall which has divided the town. The wall forms part of the conservation area and local people are calling for the conservation area to be lifted. The environmental health dept of milton keynes council sent me an email about the second ground test report and states it was done but there is not paper trail to prove this, The email also states that a demolition survey done on the office and toilet block that Modwen said was demolished as an error and they did not know about it. the survey showed asbestos within the building and was taken away and the building demolished by a special company so how come Modwen did not know they must have had to pay for the work to be done? why did they lie. As you know i have had my share of threats and abuse for trying to save the works. Well last week i come across and nasty status about me from Peter Cirigliano who was very nasty saying i need a life he has worked on the site for over 30 years i have no idea what i am talking about but the words were quite abusive and nasty it is getting to the point were i am having to rethink about carrying on with the fight no one should have to put up with this kind of abuse. The fight still carries on Historic England have all emails from the environmental health to use for the JR which we are still waiting to hear from the high court about.
