Kids as young as 8 have been seen messing around within the old works sawmill with collapsing roof and floors one kid is seen swinging from an old rope over a collapsed floor . Both KB and Modwen refuse to maintain the buildings and have said that if anyone gets in and gets hurt or dies within the buildings they will not hold responsibility. The really bad thing is the buildings should have been maintained by both parties and the buildings should have been sealed up years ago but again Modwen wash their hands of the responsibility and blame Kb for not maintaining the buildings. These Kids are unaware of the dangerous that come with messing around in these buildings. It's time now something was done.
