Over 33,000 fully grown trees are to be cut in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar, Ghaziabad and Meerut to give way for a separate 111km corridor for Kanwariyas,The Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has permitted the state government to cut down 1.1 lakh trees and plants for the project in the three districts.How ever important the project is for them it doesn't take away the right of people to live in a healthy environment. This year's heat is already causing so much trouble to the people, the one's who are staying at there home are still safe but what about those who are day and night working outside in this Devastating hot weather isn't this unjust for them? How come is this the right thing to do just for the sake of making the path easy for the people living there you cannot cost the lives of millions of people. Is religion  above human life now?I urge the government to again think about this project and consider the damages it will cause to our environment.This is a serious threat to our environment if they still think this project is so important to them than do find out alternatives to pay the cost of the damages by planting more tress than they are planning to eliminate.
