SAVE THE WARATAH TENNIS COURTS

The Sutherland Shire Council [SSC] are planning to revamp the Waratah sporting complex.

After releasing their new plans in 2021-2022(see below) they are planning to demolish the tennis courts and planting trees in replacement.

This is impacting the hundreds of people who use this facility weekly by removing their tennis courts that they train at all the time. There is also many local schools who use these tennis courts every week for sports day.

If we all together as a team fight for these tennis courts it will mean everything to all these people who come to this facility for enjoyment, training and most importantly fun. If we don’t fight for these tennis courts and stay quiet about it, the SSC will go ahead with their plans, demolishing the tennis courts completely.

NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT

We need immediate action to this cause before the SSC destroy the tennis courts.
