More Plaintiffs Can Join…… Especially HOAs

The TRO is narrow and SNWA is not restrained, adding plaintiffs matters now more than ever.

Additional plaintiffs:

expand the group currently protected,
strengthen the argument for broader injunctive relief, and reduce SNWA’s ability to argue that the harm is limited or isolated.

HOA boards joining as plaintiffs is especially powerful.

A HOA plaintiff directly challenges SNWA’s attempt to shift responsibility onto HOAs while simultaneously coercing them through mapping, enforcement pressure, and penalties.

Individual residents may also join if their HOA will not act. Each additional plaintiff requires a $250 bond per residence.

Delay favors enforcement. Participation favors protection.

If your community, HOA, or neighborhood green space is affected … or at risk …. now is the time to act.
