On a property in Toowoomba 32 horses have starved to death. This is blatant cruelty and anyone can see it, yet no one has been charged yet!

Only eight horses have survived thanks to neighbours offering what little they have to feed them. The Department of Agriculture is 'monitoring them closely' when much more needs to be done! These horses need to be seized and rehabilitated to end their suffering instead of standing around their dead companions. 

And as for the investigation, surely the 32 dead horses on the property are enough to press charges! Especially when skeletal remains of these horses on the property suggest that this neglect has been going on for years. YEARS! 

All these horses want to do is get on with their lives, just please end their suffering already!
