HB 1927 will criminalize Delta 8 thc which is made from CBD extracted from hemp. Delta 8 is federally legal under US Farm Bill of 2018 and has been confirmed by the DEA to be legal. 

Passing this bill will destroy the hemp industry which is finally seeing a turn around in business due to the demand for hemp, CBD and delta 8.

The State of Tennessee estimates the bill will destroy $73,796,250 of revenue for small businesses in Tennessee alone.  Please join us in this fight to help save hemp, small businesses, and a federally legal natural holistic product.
