One of the key points the cutting of staff nurses with a replaced health visitor/health practitioners model. This not only loses the qualified expertise of staff nurses, it's seeking to replace skills with cheaper options which ultimately place more pressure on health visitors
Other important things to add to your response is the isolation of rural parents, disabled parents and those who struggle to access health care online and at surgeries.
You can also mention that with Local Government Reorganisation set to split Suffolk in to three councils, the savings are short term and short sighted.
