Delwest's application to demolish and rezone this rare dome property on 8000 North Pecos and replace it with just under 50 townhomes is about to be presented to both the Adams County Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners.

Now is your last chance to make a direct comment to this case file before it reaches the final decision makers!  The application for this project (called the Sherrelwood Village Filing No. 2 - PRC2020-00010) is going to be presented in a few days to the Adams County Planning Commission on February 11th, 2021.  If you would like to make a comment to the presiding officials, or if you'd like to speak at the hearing, please send an e-mail to Jen Rutter at jrutter@adcogov.org.
