It has been announced that the Junior department of the RWCMD is to close in July at the end of this academic year.  Hundreds of children who rely on this service to nurture their musical talent will be left out in the cold.  Many receive bursaries and could not otherwise afford this level of tuition.  Others play on instruments loaned by the college which will have to be returned.  This cannot be allowed to go ahead.  We must do everything in our power to reverse this crazy decision.
