🚨 To the CFIA, RCMP, and Supreme Court of Canada 🚨

There is a valid stay order in place — yet CFIA has reportedly placed the ostriches into kill pens and is preparing to proceed. This is not only cruel, it is contempt of court. A stay order means STOP — no cull, no preparations, no “getting them ready.”

Canada is watching. We demand accountability. The rule of law applies to everyone, including federal agencies. These birds have been healthy for months, and dragging them into kill pens under a stay order is an abuse of power.
