From our PPA Co-chair:

John Griffin, from our amazing team of volunteer lawyers, spoke with Richard Leshin, lawyer for the Jack Findley estate this morning and Leshin confirmed that the Ed Rachal Foundation has released Luther Hotel, Inc, from its contract. Leshin asked that we send him an updated offer. This time, of course, an offer to preserve and restore the hotel! 

There is still work to do and I'll keep this petition up until all is settled. All of us at the Palacios Preservation Association thank you for your support over these many months!
