Dear Save the Lone Tree Bluffs Friends and Neighbors,

We have 15 days left. Every single voice counts.

Before May 26, we need you to leave an official public comment on the Hillcamp development. It takes 5 minutes. It goes directly into the record that Planning Commission and City Council will read 100%.

Here are the 4 reasons your voice matters more than ever right now:

⚠️ 1. THE GROUND ALREADY SLID
A real landslide already happened on this land. The developers' own engineers admit their geotechnical reports are still preliminary. They plan to figure out the geology as they build — on a hillside that already failed, right next to homes. "We'll figure it out as we go" is not acceptable when our families live at the bottom of that hill.

🔥 2. ONE ROAD IN, ONE ROAD OUT — IN WILDFIRE COUNTRY
The traffic study only counted weekday cars. In a wildfire evacuation, 12,000+ residents would share one road. The developers say it "meets minimum requirements." Minimums are not enough when the canyon is on fire and your kids are in the car.

🦌 3. THIS IS A LIVING SANCTUARY
These bluffs are home to 80+ elk herds, white-tailed deer, mountain lions, black bears, bobcats, coyotes, red-tailed hawks, porcupines and more. Once this land is paved, it's gone — not for 10 years, not for 50. Forever. Your children deserve to grow up knowing this place exists.

🗳️ 4. LONE TREE JUST SPOKE — NOW LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Our community will officially elect on May 15th Tara Meekma and Michelle Bechamps to City Council — both committed to protecting the Bluffs. 12,057 people signed the petition. The election was the message. The comment is the proof.

🗓️ DEADLINE: MAY 26, 2026

It takes 5 minutes. It lasts forever.
