Despite clear direction from the City, South Metro, the Colorado Geological Survey, and others, the developer is picking and choosing which rules to follow — and ignoring the rest.
- Safety issues are still not resolved
- Geotechnical risks are still being glossed over
- Critical gaps are still sitting there, unanswered
- And they same lipservice of protecting “wildlife” and “open space”
- Same playbook. Different day.
Resubmit. Delay. Hope the community loses steam.

Now here’s the part we cannot ignore:
This project doesn’t get decided in a vacuum.
It gets decided by the City of Lone Tree — and by the people we elect to lead it.

She’s not a city insider.
She’s not here to rubber-stamp anything.
She’s been in the trenches with this fight — asking the hard questions and refusing to accept “approve now, fix later.”
If you live in Lone Tree — vote for Tara. Full stop. Tell all your Lone Tree friends about her.
If you don’t live in Lone Tree — send this to every person you know who does.
Because this? This is civic duty.
Local elections decide what happens to our open space, our safety, and our future.
