Our High Court Interdict to Save our Heritage & Environment

IN THE HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA, KZN LOCAL DIVISION HELD AT DURBAN K SAMIE v SECONA FREIGHT LOGISTICS cc & others Dear friends, colleagues and supporters , As you may have been informed by now, we have approached the Durban High Court for an interdict restraining Secona Freight Logistics from continuing to illegally operate their business in the historic Cato Manor Indian Cemetery. We have also approached the court for further remedies and orders against various other parties including the owners of the site (Cato Manor Indian Cemetery and Crematorium Association) and various organs of state - as detailed further in our Notice of Motion before the court.
