Class 455 train at Wimbledon on a Waterloo to Dorking stopping service on SUnday 14th December 2025, just a week before these trains are taken out of service for good, with the Farewell Tour on Sunday 21st December 2025.

As this rolling stock is 40+ years old, no other TOC (train operating company) will wat to operate with them.

We urgently need as much support as possible for at least a driving cab from one of these trains to be preserved, as many Class 455 units have already been scrapped at Sim's metal in Newport, so we need to act now!

Death is almost imminent for these trains.
