According to City Planning staff, the developer is taking their original proposal to the Ontario Land Tribunal and does not agree to incorporate the City’s proposed changes to assist in relocating medical doctor’s offices within the neighbourhood as well as incorporating new medical labs in any new development.  A date for the Ontario Land Tribunal hearing has not yet been set.
