Toronto City Council adopted the following:

1.  City Council request the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning to work with the applicant to ensure adequate space is provided in any new development on this site for the lab and diagnostic facilities presently existing within 1366 Yonge Street.

2.  City Council request the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, in consultation with the General Manager, Economic Development and Culture, to work with community representatives, the applicant, commercial real estate Landlords and the current tenants to locate appropriate space for medical offices within the Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue neighbourhood.
