Supervisor Chuck Washington is conducting a listening session to hear the residents' concerns and suggestions regarding short-term rentals in Temecula Wine Country Community Plan Area.  

There is currently a 45 day moratorium on STR permits in Wine Country and Idyllwild.  We need to ask for the moratorium to be extended until the STR issues in Wine Country and Idyllwild have been resolved and are in effect.
