Auction

Ty Hyll went live for auction at 5:30pm tonight and went UNSOLD. 

It's current owner (until 27th Sept) has said how the property needs a new wastage system estimated at £80,000, with planning permission. 

If Snowdonia Society had thought this through, keeping the tearoom in place would've been the best move to keep a revenue coming in after the wastage system was finished. 

Now, there'll be no tea room, no wastage system out in place and a bleak future for Ty Hyll.
