Smethwick enterprise Centre is a sandwell council owned business park,that provides units and offices space for businesses. It has been left to fall into disrepair, the local Councillor preet gill secured funding in 2014, that the council never spend on the site. The council now has secured funding from central government and we want to see the site refurbished for future businesses and entrepreneurs. If the site is demolished it will lead to business closures and unemployment for businesses that currently trade from this site. We need the support of the local community
