The Community in unison has petitioned the Parks Director, Liz Bellas and District Supv. Rich Desmond to keep public motor vehicle traffic out of the interior of Sailor Bar. Not a single group has voiced support for allowing public motorized vehicles in!
There are a long list of environmental, health, safety and recreational reasons cited for keeping motor vehicles out. There is not a single compelling nor valid reason for opening up the gate to cars!
The County has publicly announced their plans to allow public vehicular traffic on the Equestrian/Pedestrian trail (show in the picture) next week! THEY HAVE SHOWN BLATANT DISREGARD TO THE PUBLIC WHO THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT AND WORK FOR.
PLEASE SHOW UP TOMORROW. BRING YOUR FRIENDS.
