Amendments to petition

Due to complaints being made regarding the potential misinformation about closures of reserves, I have amended the title and some of the content of the petition.  The threat of new management to reserves remains as a high risk of closure to at least 3 reserves unless new management can be found, not least the protection of endangered species, however the closure of facilities is happening now!
